ELECTRICAL TESTING
Rented Property Electrical testing legislation come into force on the 1st of June 2020 and will be implemented as of 1st July 2020 for all new tenancies granted (including renewals), the remainder of tenancies will need to be tested prior to 1st April 2021 so it is important that Landlords have rented properties electrically tested and hold a certificate.
APPLIANCE INSTALLATIONS
We are able to Supply amd install all built in and free standing Domestic appliances including Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Washer Dryers Refrigeration and Gas and Electric Cookers.
HOW DO WE CHARGE?
We price all work on its own merit and therefore after initially speaking to you about the work to be done we will arrange a suitable time for our electrician to call out to site and get a better idea on what the job entails, we will then follow up with a free quotation for the work and when we would be able to start the work.
